Challenge Under new ownership, Pardon My French Boutique sought a complete rebrand to refresh its identity and better connect with both the local Galveston community and the city’s steady stream of visitors. The goal was to transform the boutique into a destination that felt distinctly local but carried the charm and personality to attract tourists looking for something special. 

Outcome Pardon My French Boutique emerged from the rebrand with a renewed sense of identity and purpose. The updated website, social presence, and email marketing helped create a cohesive and elevated customer journey, while the new branding brought fresh energy to the boutique’s physical space.
